1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TaxidermistLocator ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

TaxidermistLocator is a directory that connects consumers with taxidermy studios. We provide a platform for studios to list their services and for consumers to browse listings and submit quote requests. We do not provide taxidermy services ourselves and are not a party to any transaction between consumers and studios.

3. Studio Listings

Studio listings on TaxidermistLocator may be sourced from publicly available business information. Studio owners may claim and manage their listing by creating an account. By claiming a listing, studio owners represent that they are authorized to act on behalf of the business.

Studios are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information. TaxidermistLocator does not verify or endorse any studio listed on the site.

4. Quote Requests

When you submit a quote request, your contact information and project details are shared with the studio you are contacting. TaxidermistLocator is not responsible for the studio's response or the quality of their services. Any agreement you enter into with a studio is solely between you and the studio.

5. Paid Subscriptions

Studio owners may purchase Premium or Featured subscriptions for enhanced visibility. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information in listings or quote requests
• Use the Site to spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Site for commercial purposes without permission
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or other users' access
• Impersonate a studio or business you are not authorized to represent

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, or up-to-date. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any studio listed on the site or the quality of their work.

8. Limitation of Liability

TaxidermistLocator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any interaction with a studio found through the Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Removal of Listings

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, contains inaccurate information, or is reported as fraudulent. Studio owners may request removal of their listing at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered studio owners of significant changes via email.
